Cancellation Refund Policy

At AxiGlobe, we understand that your busy schedule may not permit you to attend a course that you signed up and paid for. Hence, this Cancellation & Refund Policy has been designed for you. 

  • This cancellation policy applies only for candidates who have paid in full and registered for an upcoming event and are unable to attend the same. It applies to classroom training as well as virtual live classes. 
  • It does not apply for candidates who have signed up on a Purchase Order or have availed of discounted prices.
  • Your participation in the course or event will be accepted as canceled only if we are notified in writing through an email or the form that has been given below.
  • All refunds will get processed within X days of receiving the written request from candidates.
  • AxiGlobe has the right to change the Cancellation & Return Policy anytime without any prior notice.

Timeline of cancellation and refund – applicable for Classroom training and Instructor-led live online classes

  1. Cancelled by the registered candidate

  • Cancellations received within X days of purchase of the course – 100% refund guaranteed. However, if a candidate registered for an online class has downloaded the e-book or received any recorded classroom sessions already, the refund will be null and void. Candidates booked for in-classroom training will not be refunded for any travel tickets booked or logistics-related expenses. 
  • Cancellation is done X days before the start of the event or the training – 90% of the paid fees will be refunded to the candidate. 
  • Cancellations are done within X days of the start of the event or the training – the entire amount will be retained and there will be no refund.
  • For candidates who do not attend the training or leave the training in between, no refund of fees will be done.
  • In case candidates do not cancel their participation by email or the form below, no refund of fees will be done.
  1. Cancelled by AxiGlobe

  • AxiGlobe can cancel the training or event – classroom and virtual live sessions – as per its discretion. For classroom sessions, the location can be changed. The entire event can be postponed or canceled in case of force majeure, inadequate enrollments, or any other unforeseen reasons.
  • In case of such cancellations or postponement, AxiGlobe is not liable for any consequences or bearing on the candidate.
  • In case of any such cancellations, AxiGlobe will refund 100% of fees paid by the candidate subject to the candidate raising a refund request within X days of purchasing the course.
  • In case of any such cancellations, AxiGlobe will reschedule the training or the event without any additional charges. The same shall be informed to the candidate accordingly. In such a case, candidates will be offered a choice between attending a classroom session or a live virtual session, as per their choice.

How to cancel and avail Refund?

You can do it by 

  • Writing an email at support@axiglobe.com.
  • Visit the page ‘Cancellation & Refund’ on our website and fill-up the form to initiate request.
  • In case you have bought more than one course, and wish the cancel all, you need to get in touch with our customer care at support@axiglobe.com.

Duplicate payment 

In case the candidate has paid twice, we need to be informed at the earliest about the same. The refund will be initiated after we receive in writing about the duplicate payment and confirmation from our bank about the same. The refund will be done to the same source from where the payment was received, within a week of receiving the written request from the candidate.
